End of Year activities include Confidence Course Finals, House Captain Elections and the school Talent Quest.
The annual visit of the White Ribbon motorbike riders happen last week. Once again visitors gave the school the positive message of of anti-violence. The bikes are always a hit with everyone, with two lucky children getting to sit on bikes before they paraded around the green.
Kapahaka is about celebrating our culture and kotahitanga – unity – joining together as one and stiving for excellence, participating to the best you can be. Our tamariki were absolutely amazing at the kapahaka festival. What a brilliant performance! Tino pai rawa atu!
This evening Jump Jam put on a great performance for friends and family in preparation for this weekend’s trip to Tauranga. Thanks to everyone who came and who has supported us this year!
Every month our Radio Show Team plan and record a radio show with Arrow 92.7 fm. This group of producers and presenters interview students, organise the reading of stories, singing of songs and much more. Our first two shows are available for you to listen to on the Arrow 92.7 fm website. Shows are recorded on the last Thursday of the month and then broadcast on the following Sunday and Thursday at 2:15pm. Have a listen – they are amazing!
